Heathly eating
1.I have to eat lots of fruits and vegetables such as apples,dragonfruits,banana,cucumber.long
beans,carrots,peas and corn.2.Some adults and children like to eat this unheathly food such as
KFC,MACdonals,western food and indian food.3.It is important to eat heathly food because it
give us enegy.4.It will give us diseases such as food poisoning.5.The benefits of eating fruits and
vegetables is giving us all type of vitamins such as vitaminsA.6.Sometimes,the most i do not like
is vegetables but my parents sometime will cook my favroite vegetables such as longbeans.8.I
would likes to encourage children to do more exercise and eat more furits and vegetables so that
our school will have alot of heathly children.
